  • I know your pro using turbo 350s on GNs. What about a 350C? Will that work well on an 87 GN and If so, what should be strengthened when it's rebuilt? There's one available on craigslist near me. Thanks in advance for your advice.
    Hey Dusty, is there a difference in converters if I ordered one right from PTC instead of from you?
    I filled out the questionnaire for a 10" 2800 lu and then talked to them on the phone with my spec's. Do you do something different with them? 87 GN, ta49, alcy, slic, all else is stock.

    Dusty: Built tranny worked great for 10 years. had it freshened up. 3rd gear clutches were eplaced them; they lasted about 1500 miles. Replacement set lasted less. What clutches do I need for 9 sec street car?

    hi dusty, im looking to buy a ptc converter that you rebuilt off this forum. the guys name is jordan and he goes by undercover87T. its a 10'' 3000 stall. just want to be sure you did the rebuild and it is what he says it is. also would that converter be good for a te44 motor with a edelbrock 204/214 cam and alky..

    Yes. The converter pictured is one of mine. It will work well with a Te44.
    Dusty, I bought a converter from you through KDK Performance last year. I switched to a new turbo and xfi. Cal lives close to me and has been helping me out. He said to contact you to send mine in and get tightened while he is out of town. He also wanted you to call him to see what he wanted it at. Thanks, Jason
    Hey Dusty, I was wondering if it is possible to check a TC and make sure its in good working order, My transmission is bad and I am taking it to PTC hopefully tomorrow. I am not wanting to upgrade TC just yet because its going to be awhile before I get a bigger turbo but I want to make sure its good before I put the transmission back in. Is this something they can do easily at PTC?
    Hey Dusty... Looking for a 2800 stall converter (no more than 3k) for an '06 Magnum. 6.1 Hemi with an A580 trans. Been looking all over. Called a few places and no one returns my calls. This guy says the engine is rebuilt a little stronger but has zero specs on the engine. He is thinking maybe 75-100 more hp than stock. Stock: weight, gears, tires.

    Hello Dusty, I have a 10-12?? year old Billet LU PTS 911 that needs a restall. Can you do this work for me? I'll get into details later but it's now supposed to be a 3400 & I'm looking closer to 3600.
