Tow truck Drivers are thieves!! I see them all the time out here in cy-fair running lights, doing, 100 down 529, and since they lost zoning a couple years ago it has got even worse! When you see an accident there will be two cars and 50 tow trucks per car!!! Aaaaaarrrgggghhhh!!!! :mad:

Yean jerryl I remember talking to you on the phone. You were a lot of help. My only problem is money and knowledge. Dont think I dont use the internet for gain. It is just hard to find the basics and I want a book that can get me started So I have to a certain degree a know of what I am talking...

As you all know I am young kid with a high mileage t-type with the need of a rebuild. I am looking to rebuild my engine to a certain extent on my own(and tranny). Whats a good book i can read to get me started? Any suggestions?

The lock cylinder. You see the car was busted into about a year ago. I am going to school and working so I never get to work on her that much. The column was ripped to shreds on the left side and the ignition switch was also ripped to shreds. I got a new ignition switch from the dealership to...

So no one has had to do this before?

How do you replace the ignition in your steering column? Also has anyone replaced a steering column before?

20 years old, broke, going to college, and wishing she was iced down!(and had the money to work on her)

My car was broken into and the steering column was ripped open to get to the ignition. (I bought the car like this) When the previos owner went to start (thank god it has a kill switch :cool: ) the key broke off in the ignition. Now i pretty much know that the ignition will have to be replaced...
