and now you see why some cars just run better than others. plenty more in it I'm sure. just have to keep grinding on it.

You left at 2800
BLM 132 at idle-still a tad lean
1-2 shift was at 772 02's
3rd gear 756 02's

Piss on the orange goop and grab a cheapass pair of Felpro header gaskets. Make sure they have the hook on each end. All you have to do when they burn out is remove the inside bolts and slide the gaskets out...and install the new ones. They'll seal...the orange goop will just blow out. Been there...done that.

After getting the O2’s dialed in Ran it again last week. 11.95@118, 95.59 mph 1/8. 60 ft 2.15. Couldn’t tell in the car until after I watched the videos the tires were squealing the first 30 ft. Track always tests different than the street. Now I can’t get my rear brakes to hold anything over 5 lbs. so the to get the 60 ft down I need more boost and better traction. Brake setup is earl browns vacuum step with larger brake cylinders, larger brake shoes, aluminum drums, stock proportion valve, pads are set close to the drum. Need suggestions on what to check on the brakes?

Some?’s
Would it be worth switching from 16” 255 to 15” 275 help with the traction issue

Stall still is around 2600. Switch to a higher stall or a BB turbo to help with spool up out of the hole as it seems the turbo needs around 3000 to spool up fast. Fixing the brakes may take care of this issue so I can launch with more rpm

Dam this is addicting. I see 11.5 easily possible with everything working as it should

Ft sway unhooked?
What's pitch rotation look like on video?
Condition of the shocks?
Adjustable?
Line loc?
Rear shoes glazed?
Girls squat, race cars don't...Madman 2015.

Front sway bar attached. Springs are very old so the car sits very low. Shocks are Bilstein, Good work order. Rear squats about 1”to 1.5” under take off and the front lifts about the same. Line lock, yes. Shoes are and very new and no burn outs while holding on the brakes. Didn’t do a burn out for any of the three runs as I didn’t know the tires were squealing and the brakes weren’t holding any more boost so I didn’t bother. Dumb out on my part.

Forgot to state front and rear height changes are at launch, once full boost kick the front will lift another 1” rear stays the same
