he was just a poor soul that was a victim of society.
he was probably just wanting some food.
he may not have tried to to break in if he had more tax payer funded programs to try and rehabilitate him.

Actually...that would be a pretty accurate scenario if the shooting happened in California, where the criminal somehow ends up being the victim.

Castle Doctrine law is now in effect here in WI.

Some waste of air breaks into my home, automobile, or place of work & attacks me, I now have the right to kill him/her without liability.

This is supposed to be the way it goes, but I'm sure slimy lawyers will try to find a way to make the victim the criminal.
