Especially in New Mexico. It is about the only place you can find them that aren't all full of rust. I am rather fond of them too but I have only had 12 of them. To get 400hp from a V6 it almost HAS to be turbo. To get that N/A, it would require more cubes, lots more compression, big solid roller cam, and heads that flow a ton. Race gas would be a must and it would be a tempermental beast. Most likely it would have to be a track only car.
I had a '79 Pontiac Sunbird with a 3.8 Buick in it. I was my first buick v6. Car was fun to drive. Handled well and had enough grunt to be fun.
Also ran hot and had NO oil pressure on the gage at idle!
