My brother bought a 1984 T-Type from Hemphill Texas a few months ago, it had a set of pesonalized Idaho plates ,that read "1984TR ",in the trunk ,it seems the car has some upgrades, he wants to know whats been done to the car, its black with black and grey inter,crome bumers,T-Type badges.
Any help will greaty appreciated.

Do you know any police officers who could run the tag # and maybe get a name and address. Old tags must be disposed of properly through the DMV of that state and you are just trying to return them to their rightful owner

No I was just trying to find out more about the car from a previous owner, the guy he got it from didnt know anything about these type cars.
