1985 GN No Spark

To start,the owner shorted the crank sensor,then the ignition module puked.New ignition module coil,adapter,and crank sensor,engine completely rebuilt.Had spark until a shop shorted the ignition module by shorting reference signal wire for crank sensor to ground.now,nothing,Cant find a shorted wire in the harnes,the computer is new,owner boughtlol,,, original prom,and just a dead end.ALL wires are currently flowing,but the car still has NO SPARK..
