I'm scaling down my personal collection, so here's 3 RARE things owners of 1985 Regals will enjoy having in their own collections:
1) Press Release Kit, 7 B&W photos, 5 High Technology brochures, 8 Performance Perspective sheets, 4 Buick News Press Releases, all in the original folder. This kit contains info for the full lineup of vehicles in 1985, including the Regal T-type & GN. $45 shipped. (1 pic)
2) Buick V6 Engine Assembly Manual, hundreds of pages, all about assembling the engines (3.8/4.1L LD5/LC4; 3.0 LK9; 3.0 LN7; 3.8 LN3; 3.8 LM9), breaks down each engine showing where all parts & bolts, etc., go on the motor. Includes the turbocharger, etc. Nice brown leather binder, near mint! $80 shipped. (3 pics)
3) 1985 Buick Marketing Manual, AKA dealer album, you will not find a nicer album, not a more complete album! This album is the result of a 10+ year accumulation of literature! Comes with (partial) press release info & pics (no regals), Buick powertrain engine insert, product information sheets (for recalls, warnings, etc.), 5 high technology brochures, along with the full options, codes & specs for the regal including paint chip charts & fabric samples for seat choices (cloth, leather, etc.), original order forms for (regal/regal limited; regal t-type; regal grand national), tire brochure, climate control brochure, music system brochure, revised value option package sheets, and lots more!
You will be VERY HAPPY with this black leather binder filled with 1985 info!
I guarantee you will not find a more info packed manual anywhere else! The stuff you see for sale elsewhere does NOT have all the stuff contained herein, and usually most binders only have the very basic (minimal) stuff included! Believe me, I know, I've bought numerous binders over the last 20+ years!
