I have a free engine as listed in the title in a 87 Le Sabre and I am wanting to transplant it into a sand rail w/vw trans.

I am wanting to know some details of; if the bell housing bolts are GM 60 degree V6 and can it be used on with a manual trans with flywheel.

No concern of motor mounts because everything will be fab'd or directing of intake

V-6 in a sand rail

Company called Kennedy makes adapters for many engine/trans combos.Kits often have flywheel/all parts needed.Mark.

Are there any aftermarket parts available for the FWD engines such as the LG3?

I'm in a toss up between the Buick v6 and a Toyota 20r both free just really wanting to make the v6 work.

I know Kennedy engineered products make a bell housing adapter but not sure about a flywheel

My bad. I was thinking of the series II engine. The 87 FWD takes the same parts as a RWD engine with some minor differences.
