I HAD BOUGHT A SET OF POWER WINDOW MOTORS FROM THEIR E-BAY STORE, INSTALLED THEM THIS WEEKEND. ONE WORKS WELL BUT THE OTHER ONE SEEMS VERY WEEK AND SLOW. I CALLED THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE A REPLACMENT SHIPPED OUT TODAY. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT A CALL TAG FOR THE BAD ONE, I WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT. ALTHOUGH I AM NOT EXACTLY HAPPY ABOUT GETTING A BAD MOTOR IN THE FIRST PLACE, I WILL SAY I WAS PLEASED WITH HOW 1AAUTO WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. I WAS JUST PLEASENTLY SURPRISED TO SEE THEM STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING WITH IT BEING AN E-BAY SALE THEY COULD HAVE JUST AS EASILY TOLD ME TO GET LOST.
