1st gear shift

Seems that the 1-2 shift is too high. The car seems to nose over. The 2-3 shift feels good. Ive adjusted the tv cable to allow no slipping but not extremly hard shifts, just positive shifts. All part throttle shifts are normal. What do you guys think? THX, Mike

Does your car still have original valve springs? They can be a culprit.
