JUST GOT 1 GN HAD IT OUT JUST PLAYING AND LEARNING THE CAR DID A COULPE BURN OUT AND NOW WHEN I BREAK TORK IT IT MIGHT GET TO 5 LBS THE IT START PUTTIN AND BACKFIRING AND WONT GO GOOD I HEAR A LOUD SUCKING SOUND NEED HELP.

Sounds like you might have learned to blow headgaskets. If you're lucky your MAF pipe came loose and you're sucking unmetered air.

WERE WOULD THIS BE LOCATED WOLDNT IT BE ALOT OS WHITE SMOKE IF HEAD GASKET WAS BAD

ITS ON THE FRONT OF THE MOTOR CONNECTING THE MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR TO THE TURBO YOU CAN BLOW HEADGASKETS WITHOUT BLOWING WHITESMOKE ITS POSSIBLE TO BLOW INTO THE CRANKCASE OR OUT THE SIDE OF THE ENGINE WITHOUT COOLANT GOING OUT THE TAIL PIPE SOMETIMES.

Mine did a similar thing turned out the wire off the alternator broke off and I was running on only batt power when the batt got low the car did the same as yours

If you are lucky you blew the hose off of the up pipe, or you are about to learn how to replace head gaskets .
Start doing some reading...

Bryan

Batt tight but I noticed that the fuel pump is kind of loud and the car is slow to start goint to try replacing the plugs and coil and filter and pump the car sat for 6 years did a lot of reading and it sounds like it either or the other

With the head gasket is the a true way to know if it blown or not there is no white smoke if it is the head gasket how much is avg cost to replace

yOu can check your oil for a milk shake look. If it blew into the valley you may be able to hear it by removing the breather/oil tube from the valve cover while it is running. Other than that you will need to do a compression test. Where you are located it may be a grand to have it done.

I'm a new b to the turbo world what would I listen fr the the breather and do u know what the comp should be I live in buffalo ny near niagara fall and rochester

You will hear compression through the valve covers. Dont worry about the actual numbers, just that they are the same +/- 10%

Ok thanks I'm going to ck them hoses and oil and hissisng noise when I get home if all look good I'm going.to get me a comp. Test kit. Thank I will let u know what happen

I agree w/Earl, first thing to check wouldbe for unmetered air, 2nd turbo to i/c to tb hoses. 3rd drivers side header, between cylinders 3 & 5 for a crack. And yes, you can blow the h/g w/o white smoke at the tail-pipe or water damage in the engine. The gasket blows out from between the head bolts/water passages of a cylinder, or between cylinders, to either the inside or the outside of the block and if you don't look closely, you will miss it. I've made that discovery a few times! If it blows to the inside of the block it will normally blow the dip stick up out of its seat. Like having too much blow-by.

Could have blown the hose off the intercooler. Never know.
Run a compression check, never bad to have a baseline.
Oh and the milkshake as stayed above. Sure sign.

Loud fuel pump? You got plenty of gas in the tank??

Check the vacumn line to the fuel regulator, its hard to believe you blew a headgasket at 5 psi.
