JUST GOT 1 GN HAD IT OUT JUST PLAYING AND LEARNING THE CAR DID A COULPE BURN OUT AND NOW WHEN I BREAK TORK IT IT MIGHT GET TO 5 LBS THE IT START PUTTIN AND BACKFIRING AND WONT GO GOOD I HEAR A LOUD SUCKING SOUND NEED HELP.

The sucking sound was probably from a vacuum leak somewhere, look for any disconnected or broke vacuum hoses.

Would look for a vacuum leak somewhere 1st. then check fool pressure and afr. then check compression and leak down test to check head gaskets. Good luck

I look for broken vacum line nothing but I was geting gas out the fuel pressure regulator vacum port is this normal also is the driver side head gasket always the 1 that go bad

No and no.

It sounds like the diaphragm inside the regulator is leaking, only vacuum should be at that top port.

Check the vacumn line to the fuel regulator, its hard to believe you blew a headgasket at 5 psi.
Nope. He said he can only get to 5lbs before it starts backfiring, AFTER he played with it doing burnouts. Not knowing these cars + doing burnouts = headgaskets going POOF!

Get that regulator replaced

Ive had a blowed head gasket that with 20+ psi never backfired, but had a dead miss in it, also never heard of a blowed head gasket making a hissing sound. I think he found the problem with the regulator, but i might not know these cars:D

If it was me I would spend the extra money to get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Oh and before you ask set it at 43psi with the vac line off.
