200-4R quick rebuild question

When you're all said and done, should the output shaft turn with the same pressure in both directions ??

Presently my output shaft has a yoke on it.
Counterclockwise it turns with medium resistance.
Clockwise it turns, but with ALOT of resistance that I need 2 hands to turn it.

Is this normal ?? If not, what should I be checking ??

BTW I know this isn't the correct trans in this pic, it's just to show what I'm doing.

It will turn harder in one direction
