200 4R shifting too hard during normal around town driving

I built this Transmission a few years ago and just installed it. The one to two shift is good; but the 2-3 and 3-4 shift is too hard. It is especially uncomfortable to drive in town How can I cushion them? Thanx in advance

What hole sizes were used in the plate? What is line pressure?
