EDIT: Its out of a 2000
this is out of a 4WD truck. I posted this awhile ack, said it probably needed a front pump. We just went through auto transmissions and rebuilt them in class and I know now that it DOES NOT need a front pump. I drove the truck it was installed in and it drove/shifted fine. The TC was shot, someone left the bolts loose during an engine swap. There is no TC with the trans. I believe this to be a perfectly usable transmission as it sits. It would need to have the longer output shaft installed. GM rates this trans capable of handling 750ft/lbs of torque. Im not sure what to ask for it. I did the tranny swap and gave $700 for it. I realy wanted to put this in my car but I just bought a TCI TH400 and I need other parts right now.
This is still in my storage unit in OKC but I finish up school here on the 12th of Apr and will be in OKC on the 13th of Apr. Willing to make a deal on this.

also willing to trade for parts to fit my 87 GN

Greddy Profec SpecB boost controller
28x10.50 slicks and/or 15" x 8 wheels for them to fit on
fiberglass hood
c clip elims
electric boost/vac gauge w/3 bar MAP
champion intake (new version)
MSD DIS 4 with Buick parts to make work

Im in OKC. I may need a tranny for my 93 suburban. Do you know if it will fit?? I have a 2wd/350 V8 truck. Ill try and check on that myself but, if you know id appreciate it. I believe it has a 4l60e now. How much for a local sale?
Thanks,
Derek:cool:

2wd Im pretty sure it would still need the longer output shaft. Other than that it will bolt up. I dont know about the TCM running it but I dont know why the 60E wouldnt run it.
$500 picked up, as a core, but as I said, I know it shifted fine. I thought it needed a pump because the was scoring on the stator shaft. After our class, I found out that it was not a problem as there is no moving parts there to seal.
I'd like to keep it for future build but I really need a boost controller right now.

Im going to have to pass. Looks too involved/costly. I just need something to get this suburban going cheaply to sell off to get a new truck.
Thanks,
