200r4 rebuild

Im planning on rebuilding the BRF trans I have that came with the car. When I bought it, all the internals came in a few boxes...Does anyone have a "check list" or something like that where I can make sure I have all the parts that dont get swapped out during a rebuild?

It would be a good idea to purchase Chris' 200-4r manual.(CKperformance) It is well worth the money for the amount of knowledge he has put in print. I believe he has a new batch coming out soon.
