231 buick turbo block and heads 200 plus shipping need gone

Block has been bored 20 over as i have been told i do not know much about it and it has also been half filled needs a good clean up in cylinders heads look untouched, i do not know much about this stuff came with a race motor i bought. What is the GM part number on the block, any rust in the cylinder bores, and where are you located?

Are the heads stock, or have they had any port work done?

heads are stock the cylinders need cleaning been sitting for awhile someone supposedly bored 20 over and block is half filled i really do not know much about it everything came with a race motor i bought

on the block there are some number 3.8l dn b159 not sure if thats the serial number
