I bought a console from him and the bottom of the console is broken . It also was missing shifter cable. I would not buy from him again! I was not able to get any of the 230.00 bucks back from him. I am stuck with a broken console..http://www.turbobuick.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif

Hey TOOL i gave you the the person to get intouch with and you dont reply hes got the cable witch was miss place after shipping and for the console it was pack in a cardboard box witch UPS measure with in 2" all around now if they mishandle it and it got broken thats there fault go after them .Now about my friend that owens the part hes ask for your phone number in his emails to you when you sent the pics of the damage and you cant see anything so what are we to do stop the PM BULL S##T and email him your phone number and settle it and then you got the BALLS to come on here and BASH me for somthing was not my fault you TOOL GROW UP .

The console was wrapped like a gift.... no protection...it is not ups`s fault it`s yours..this has been going on for weeks... I have contacted you several times and all you e-mail back I will contact my friend or he has e-mailed you but you didnt responed ...I`ve gone back and checked emails no e-mails from your friend.Paypal has contacted your friend no responce...

I have responed to every pm you have sent me i gave you his email address send him your phone number and he will be glad to refund some of your money and send you the cable like i said he said the pics you sent him didnt turn out its not my problem i just ship the thing allm the best.

I've learned a valuable lesson from this thread, hopefully others have too.
Don't get involved or be a middleman in other people's dealings.
If any friends need me to take pictures or host pictures for them that's fine.But as far as me listing parts for sale for friends, from now on they are on their own.

Dan, I got an email from your buddy.I have no info when the missing cable is going to be sent or refund on console. He told me he had a death in the family and has a problem with his paypal accnt. I have no answer on when this will be taken care of

I cant agree more,Im not saying that he did not have a death in his family(rip if he did) But that is the first excuse you hear next to Ive been in the hospital.I also love how all of a sudden computers crash and paypal accounts
go haywire.

While it Sux this part got damaged during shipping,I have no doubt you'll be taken care of. I know both the guys involved on the sellers end and they've been around a long time.

While I do not know the circumstances, I can tell you with confidence that
They are not out to rip anyone off.

You could also sum it up to in experiance with a public forum, it's difficult to comprehend how something will be interpreted, most times you don't realize what you typed until someone puts it in context

What is Shady about a part getting damaged during Shipping?

The only Shady part is the guy in the middle and the owner of the parts trying to figure out who is liable.

As posted before this can't be an easy Situation for 278cikiller to be in.
