I have a '79 Sunbird with a 4.1 v6, an Isky cam 2 steps over stock with matching valve springs and a mild port job. I have a Q-jet from a '79 Turbo Regal. The car goes about 2,900 lbs. Right now I have a TH350 with 2.73 gears. I want to put a 200-4R and 3.08 gears in. My question (finally
) is would I have to worry about the motor bogging down with the gear ratio or should I think about 3.42's?
