Rick! You're the man. Very good and effective solution for those having a prob. Are you going to BG this year? See you Saturday if you are brother.

I might take a ride down on Saturday. 6 hr ride through the lovely state of Indiana. :wtf:

If you decide to just let it roll with the higher pressure make sure you adjust your regulator to move the pressure up at least 2 lbs from bottom at idle, that way the system wiill still function properly. Many chips have BLM adjustments so this will work. Bigger feed is best solution, drilling restrictions in return is next. 99% of the time it is NOT the regulator

Does anyone have pics of what fitting need to be drilled? Thanks for all the info.

This is a good thread. I couldn't get my 02's high enough in 3rd gear with my walbro 255 at 17 lbs of boost. I lowered the boost to 11-12, and the 02's are still finicky. The only weird thing is the FP increases as it should(60lbs of FP at 17lbs of boost). It's still a work in progress as I don't want to have to drop the tank again. The FP is 2 years old now. I've also increased the WOT fuel in the chip. I have to re-check the #'s again. Subscribed BTW

Does anyone have pics of the Saginaw fittings and how much to drill them out?? Thanks again

There are several threads on that. A search will find them quick.
