Got a new bulb, works when hooked to a 12Volt battery, checked the wiring to the third brake light, got power to it, got ground also. When putting the bulb in, power to the blue wire stops!? WTF? Anybody with any ideas?

It's a simple circuit (sp?) I believe. It does not go through the turn signal stalk. If you have power and ground, try a "wiggle test" (just like it sounds, wiggle the wires) to see if you have a loose connection or a broken wire. (going by memory on this, no wiring diagram in front of me)

I've been out there for a while, and apparently, (Should have remembered from my EET classes) that you should test with an ACTUAL METER and not the LED test light like I was! The brake light switch pushed enough current to light the led, but not enough to light the bulb! LED didn't have enough when I tested the blue wire with the bulb in the socket! (Less than a volt?) Jumped the wires at the switch and it lit up, so I guess I'll buy a new switch.
Dan Buick Man, Thanks for the suggestion, I appreciate it!
