3rd brake light ?

i came across this buick with the 3rd brake option and the 3rd brake light had the power wire and ground that had a male connector on the end the female connector had the power wire plugged into the F slot of the tail light harness plug in the corner of the trunk my car doesnt have a 3rd brake light and the F slot is already being used so my questions can i just swap out that other rear lights harness with mine and should work fine with 3rd brake option? or is there a better way to do this 3rd brake light setup? ive done a search but didnt find any feedback on a successful job done maybe u guys that have done it will lead me in the right direction im thinking just using that other harness might just work idk

GM installed a sperate switch on the brake pedal for the GN. You can possibly tie into the switch currently on the brake pedal. You cannot tie into the taillight/brakelight at the rear without using some electronics. I'm unaware of any options without running a wire.
