4.1 forged pistons new

I found these on Ebay and figured someone might need them.

Looking at the specs they are for a stock stroke and rod length.

I thought that part was funny. I know there are a few guy's building 4.1's and figured someone would appreciate a good deal on pistons. I don't doubt they cost over $600 when they were ordered.

Yeah, darn good deal if a guy can snag them for the $350. Heck even $400 is still a good buy on those things.

Pistons have been for sale on ebay for some months now w/o one bid. 4.000" in a 231, I don't think so. Maybe pistons are for a Stage 1 or 2?

Damn that's intriguing. I never figured I could afford forged pistons for these 4.1 blocks.

Any idea what the CR would be with that dish and stock 8445s?

You're right but they will work in a 4.1 since the stock bore is 3.965".
