What head gaskets are you guys running on your 4.1s ?

Felpro 1026 if you have aluminum heads, 1000 for iron heads. Or Cometic if the block and heads have been surfaced with a smooth finish.

100% right. Cometics seal really wel but have to have a specific finish on the block and heads to work right.

It's been suggested that the 1026 are better than the 1000 even for iron. Some guys were having issues with the 1000's leaking.

for any bore over .30 i use the fel pro 1007s.

they do indeed.... alot of people hate em... ive had good luck with them.

Fel Pro 1000's though I've got next to no miles on them due to transmission and wiring issues.
