4 bolt adapter for stock headers?

Who knows who makes an adapter for four bolt turbos onto the stock three bolt headers? -I'm pretty sure I'll be fabricating this myself, but was hoping I could see some pics of others, of if its cheap, just go ahead and order it up-

Turbonetics used to have one in there catalog - I imagine it's not cheap,

Well, I just made the one, and welded it to my header in the car... Are you local? I might be able make a couple more...
