I bought the 3 inch version back in the day and found out they would not work with and hei ignition I ended up putting it in my gs instead. The dealer I bought it from said Auto meter did not make them. It was some off company that made them for gm. That is also the same guy that said it would work in my limited

5" was made by Autometer I actually spoke with tha guy that was in on teh project. The key recall was by request of the crew chiefs/mechanics.

Well that tells me you didn't read what was posted in the link, despite the fact I even quoted it in bold, even more so it took you this long to come up with a response. Read what turbofish3.8 said, in which I will once again quote in bold:
