the compressor is from turbonetics part number 20235
it has the inducer of 2.298
it has the exducer of 2.75
flow rate of 53 lbs/min
trim size is H

the best part is that i get that wheel compressor and backing plate for only like 140 or so i cant beat that by anyones prices

does anyone have the specs of a 60-1 wheel flow rate and all
i know its a bigger wheel but not by much and when i compare the compressor maps they are very very close

take care

From what I read last night on the compilation of wheel sizes I have, a 60-1 wheel has an inducer of 59mm, not 60mm. I think this comes from the listing that Turbonetics has (or did have) on their site. Maybe that dash between the 60 and the 1 is really supposed to be a minus, converting from the inch measurements given for that wheel (2.324"). Q for boosted1... If I assemble a cartridge, do you have a source I could contact for balancing? Or maybe coordinate with you on the balancing if you don't wanna uncover your source? -Chuck

monte 383
the price for balancing is 12.50
but you have to send me all the necessary parts
shaft, thrust bearing center, spacer collar, compressor wheel and the nut
call me on my cell

if i dont answer im with a client so leave me a message ill call you back as soon as i can and we can talk more
take care...

so what kind of power can that H wheel make
i was thinking about 450-500 at the flywheel
am i far off? thats more than i need anyway lol

thanks

flow rate of 53 lbs/min

A rough estimate, for our cars, is around 10 times the airflow in lbs/min. So roughly, it'll flow enough air for 530 hp, give or take.

thank you
glad to hear that, its more than i need on the street anyway. and at the price to build this turbo its a damn good deal.
what kind of injectors should i get
i have 55 already thats more than enough i think and now i just need a good pump. what would you all recommend for a fuel pump

also when it comes to burning chips, can i get one that gives me great gas mileage when at cruise and very low throttle but will give me the balls i need when i punch it?
is that a possible deal to have in a chip?

thank you all for your help

this thing will be able to get me in low 11's you think?

Ok so where are we at on this, is this the same as a 60-1 or is it different?, if it is buy how much?, and how much to get it there.

I am confused help a poor guy out:D

its the same family but just a hair smaller and can flow about 50 hp less but is still good enough for about 500 hp easy worth of air its just that most people that have the 60-1 never top it out anyway unless they are regular racers, and for giving up a little top end power with this one you are getting it sooo much cheaper
than a full new 60-1 i just played with that idea for a little while since i dont need that much or want that much power on the street anyway. i got together with a friend of mine that has a turbo shop for trucks and we got to talking one day, and since its only about 140 or so for the housing, backing plate, and wheel its a cheap way to get alot of power

its a low psi , high volume turbo so you dont have to have it at 30 psi to make power thats all about 18 psi is good for about 450 easy and you still can get up to about 25 if you want more power

Your 55's are enough fuel for approx 660 hp (give or take). Those are plenty (hp = roughly 12x inj flow in pph)

what would you all recommend for a fuel pump

Nothing less that a Walbro 340. Here:

Yes.

is this the same as a 60-1 or is it different

The compressor flows more than a 49 and less than a 60.

Do you have them or do we have to get one and send it to you for the mods, if so how much for the total cost. TIA

i am assuming that you are asking about building one of these turbochargers?
am i right?

i can send you all the compressor side, backing plate, wheel , if you want to build it yourself, you will need a bigger ex wheel
unless you have one already that you want to use

let me know, if you want to have it built by me and just drop it in
or if you want the parts and do it yourself

you can also get away from having to get a new ex wheel, by going to a .82 housing that will uncork some of the ex flow and still give you great spool up

so the unit will be all factory on the ex side but the housing from a .63 to a .82 and the whole center will be rebuilt with new cold side

take care let me know
