I am thinkin 3600 stall lockup and 72 lb injectors..is this about right???

That combo will work very well. Heck I'm spooling a T70 with a 3500 stall fairly easily. You should have no problem launching the car with that combo.

Should i just go with a 70? i'm just looking for 10.80's with good street manners.

the 67 p trim can get you that 10.80 with a 9" 3200 stall. This will give you better street manners in my opinon and make the car more enjoyable. If you just want a track car then go with the 70 GTQ.

With my 3500 stall and T70, the car drives great. I don't see why a T70 shouldn't be used.

Banning already pulled a 10.9 on like 19 psi with the GT67 ( P trim) in the .63 housing.
There is plenty more left in that turbo, and since you not looking for much more, I would not go for the GTQ. Which needs a .82 or bigger housing.

The new 67 Garret wheel has similar flow numbers to the old T70.

High Z 65's are going for $400 flow matched from PTE and can easily run high 10's like you are looking for.
