Looks like I am getting my aunt's 69 Chevy 4x4. It is going to need loads of work. I have plenty other cars to drive and would like to make something cool out of it. I am not into off road mud trucks. I was thinking about how cool it be to make the 69 into a drag truck somehow using a drive train like the Sy/Ty trucks but using a LS motor. Pick will be posted after I pick up the truck in January. Just a slow day at work thinking of what to do to the thing.

Go the LS route.. they make lots of neat stuff for those motors & they virtually fit in anything..

You might even think of just making it a 2 wd & remove the stuff up front.
Making it into a drag druck would be cool.

That red truck puts some serious woopin on the vette in the video.

I always liked sleepers, or oddball stuff like wagons, trucks, minivans.
I loved the minivan at new england dragway that had a turbo in it. the crowd went nuts!
