Not much just a little less lag with the ball bearing, if you buy a ballbearing turbo buy the single Ball bearing not the double as they cannot be rebuilt once they break and the single one is. i got the 70hpq single bb with a .63 precision exhaust housing and it spools like nothing with a 9" 3,200 NL art carr convertor.
