Hemco's are designed for different air flow and require no power plate. They have a restricted opening compared to all other plenums. They also are raised about and inch and need no spacer.
I believe they come in 62, 65, and 70mm.

The opening size was machined, so they can be used with any throttle body. The castings themselves were all the same. The Buick throttlebody's are all the same bolt pattern up to the 72mm.
You can run a stock TB on a 70, but you can't run a 70 TB on a stock plenum without opening it up. All it needs is machined.
I have machined stock plenums to take 65's and 70's. Its no biggie.

Donnie...just a suggestion: Why not get a stock plenum which has as modified ("contoured") interior for better air flow? That way, you'd have a better flowing plenum while still retaining the stock appearance! I used to have one of those and I was able to run mid 10's with it....Just a thought...;)

Good luck in your search,

Claude. :)

Your mistaken Claude...stock appearing is not my style. I have a heavily ported a d modified Hemco right now. It's on its way to the chrome platers soon. I have another idea and need another.
Thanks
