79 century turbocoupe

i just purchased a 79 turbocoupe & there is some kind of vacuum module missing ...previous owner removed it to replace it & lost it...it seems to be linked to turbo to open something ( i know absolutely nothing about these turbo cars) does anyone know what it is called ...or where i can get one...or bypass it ...i would like to fix it before i sell car as this seems to be only thing missing underhood....thanks

Sounds like the PEVC valve or also called the PEVR valve. It's no longer available unfortunately. Here's a link to a site that should help you some. Read all of it and then go to the second site. It's Rich Georges (B4Black) site. Save both of them so you have a reference later.
