8.5'' center lines what back spacing??

does anybody have 8.5'' wide center lines on the rear of their TR with 275/60/15 DRs.?? I need to know what backspacing to use 3-5/16ths or 4-7/8ths . my 87 gn has stock suspension and wheel wells, not rolled. id rather not use spacers...any input would be appreciated...thanks

Ideally 4.25, 4 7/8's you "probably" need a spacer, 3 5/16's and you will "probably" have to roll the wheel wells or use air bags to keep them from hitting, maybe both.

What centerlines are you looking at? Some you can get 8" and 4" BS which is pretty much perfect for a stock frame rail car.

Yeah with the auto drag I guess you just have to pick whichever one suits you more, spacers, or coming out to far and needing bags.

I almost think the 10" with 4 7/8's BS might fit better, but I've never bought a 10" wheel myself...Maybe someone else will chime in.
