The hole on top is exactly how I purchased it. I am not sure exactly how it was used. My guess is someone with a welder could fix this easily. I Would let it go for $65 Shipped at this point.

I just responded to the pm... i sent the payment before lookin on the post... didnt think u would give me not even 2 days to pay... either way the money was sent just now.. guess if anything u will have to refund it... i still want the wires but if u sold them ill take the money.. next time give a day for a response...
