dyno tunning. or a shop that knows how to work on turbo buicks.

It would be waste of effort and $$$ unless you have a "tunable" aftermarket computer.
One way you can "tune" you car on a dyno for more HP is with a chip change and race gas, as you can then increase the boost.
You do not need a dyno for this!
