Set the IAC
Set the iac. dont have a scantool- had to do it the oldschool way.
Worked out alright. But the idle is still rough. when I am under acceleration it runs good but when I hold a steady speed or sit at idle it surges. Could it be spark plug wires??? Setting the Iac was a pain though. I really dont have a way to know what RPM im at. SO i had to play it by ear. Wish I could get my hands on a scantool. Any ideas.....

Unplug the TPS and hook up a digital volt/ohm meter. Check the resistance, it should have a smooth sweep when you move the lever. If not it has a dead spot and you need to replace it.

Got big problems now.
The car is stuttering under boost and is stalling out. Surging real bad after the stall out. Was going down the parkway and got on it leaving a toll and it backfired out of the intake and this all started happening. Since then it just got worse and worse it happens more often and often. Broke down on the way home and couldnt get it started at all.
Tried everything and then
(just out of luck I had an extra computer in my back seat) switched computers and the idle surging went away and the stalling stop only shortly. Started again after about 20 miles worth of driving. Stutter under boost was still there though.

Figured out the rough idle
It was the Coolant temp sensor. But now when It goes into more than 3 psi of boost it sputters in and out of boost and the power just isnt there. Screams just dosent go anywhere. and when I accelerate from a dead stop it wants to bog out at first.
