86 regal t type frame/wrecked dog house CHEAP!!!

I have a wrecked 86 regal frame and body, everything is there besides: interior, header panel, hood, vanity windows, engine/tranny, the tail lights and the computer, It got hit on the right rear quarter panel and the axle is either bent or broken, the frame doesn't appear to be beant since the passenger rear tire took all the force in the wreck. It looks like the rear end housing ended up alright as well. the 'rents are saying it's gotta go before my next project so it's gotta go quick $400 obo. no reasonable offer refused.
