265 sounds about right. 270 is the number I had in my head going off memory.I believe the 235/ 245 HP was just advertising.
During baseline testing by Kenne-bell and ATR, both the '86 and '87 came in at 265 HP. I'm not sure if that was dyno'd HP or calculated from 1/4 mi times.
Who would buy a new Turbo Regal / GN unless it had more power than last year?
