DAMN >>>>>>>>>> that is awesome. After seeing the pics I would venture to say the car will sell very close to the asking price. Oh how I wish I had the means to do mine that way. Your dad did an awesome job on the car. Good luck on the sale.

good luck on the sale. Good to see it driving and finally off cliffs lift.

Never seen neater work, or a cleaner GN.

I hope your Pop changes his mind about selling it,

gives it to you, & that you'll enjoy it for 20-30 yrs

& 300K+ miles.

Then, you & your son can restore it again. --

(Memories & family heirlooms are beyond $$$.)

The v8buick.com policy should be adopted on this site:

Due to the high number of complaints I have recieved from users posting for sale ads, only to have the post overtaken by a flame war about prices, vehicle conditions, values, the rise and fall of the Roman Empire ect.. commentary will no longer be allowed in someone's ad. If you want to comment on something, make your own new post about it, in the Bench, or other appropriate forum. Reasonable requests for more pictures, info, or other sale related communication is still allowed.

Let's just buy and sell some parts folks, and keep the commetary to ourselves, or in other appropriate forums. It's, at the very least, rude to break up someone's for sale ad with your personal views on prevailing pricing trends, or other non-sale related information.

Makes sense to me.

nice ride

dude that car is nice,i dont care what others say you will get ure money out of it,the wheels are bad a** . good luck;)

Hey, Beautiful Car.. I'm In The Process Of Restoring A Gn, I Know Up To This Point I Have $10,000.00 In Misc Items Let Alont The Hours Of Labor. Estimating Parts And Labor, My Estimate Is Over $18,000.00 Not To Mention The Car .soooo. I Do Understand Why The Price Is Substantial... Go Ahead And Do A Resto Like This, You Will Be Amazed... It Would Be Hard To Sell Such A Car.. Good Luck Selling The Car......my Advise......don't.........

people should not say you are asking too much, does anybody watch barrett jackson? people pay way to much for cars there everyday, thats an entry level price if that car was at barrett jackson, that auction has ruined it for all of us, i wish i had a nickel for everytime somebody said a car like mine sold for this at barret jackson

So it has a salvaged/reconstructed title

In your ebay ad it says it has 125,000 miles and a reconstructed title which is a salvage title. Wow..........

This is the reason we should continue to make comments about "price trends and market values". It is only through this type of dialogue that newbie and returning turbo buick members can get an accurate idea of what one should pay for an individual car.

Having personally just come back to the TB scene after a 10 year hiatus I have learned a great deal about the current market prices for TB's based on the comments that fellow board members have made.

This is after all a forum, no? Which by defintion would indicate that we should all be allowed to share our opinions and ideas publicly about the vehicles advertised in this forum.... just my $.02

That is the nicest GN I think I have ever seen, but if you want to fetch $32K for it, dont post the ad here. Put it on a trailer and take it to Scottsdale, AZ.
There is this little event there called Barret Jackson...

Im sure your dad was watching it when he came up with the price anyway!

Nice work. Nice car. Good luck, I hope you guys get great money for it.

If I were rich off my @ss, Id pay that for it..

Nice car !!! I'd bet he spent a few "long" weekends doin all that work !! A few more years others will be doin this to . Cars are getting at "that" age

Thank you, only problem with barret jackson is that its all no reserve and my dad is not a gambler. Anyhow new price $29,000!!!!!

That car is super clean. Good luck on the sale. I guess it's hard for some people to contemplate that not everyone wants a Stage II ride.

for the money this guy is giving that car away i did the same thing to my gn and i wont take less then 50k i have 100k in it . keep the car you will be sorry all these guys are cutting these cars up and making race cars out of them and ruining them witch is fine that just makes our car worth much more .

I see now know one has anything negative to say.

WOW. nice car don't sell it

Half these guys dont have the money anyway.
