87 Hydroboost setup??

I installed this system on my car last summer. I had the same noise that your talking about, but my power steering pump was going out. I installed a new pump and it helped a lot. The final fix was installing a power steering cooler from Summit. Now it's quiet and it stops better than the stock or vacuum system ever did.

What kind of power steering pump did you install? Aftermarket or stock replacement? Also, what kind of fluid are you using? So many questions! The brakes work so well I'm determined get fix my noise problem. I'm guessing the pump needs replacing but I was going to try GM power steering fluid and re-bleed it first.
