i have an 84 grand national and im looking to swap over to the 87 setup, id like everything needed to do this conversion, located in San Diego but i dont mind going through shipping.

You would be better off buying his whole car as there is alot of misc parts you will need for the swap, and shippig a whole car may be cheaper than just the engine and tranny. Besides you can part out the rest of the car and get some money back. Just a thought.
