87 T Type bench seat question.....

The bench seat in my car, non power bench with armrest, sits in such a way that the backrests on both drivers and passenger sides lean real far back.....so far that it's kinda hard to drive it comfortably. Does anyone know if there's an adjustment hidden somewhere, perhaps under the seat cover???......TIA

Nope, that's just how they are...i love it myself, i never can get my buckets in just the right spot.

I couldn't get comfortable with my bench seat. I took it all apart and added some flat stock in the hinge area. It is still adjustable, but doesn't go back as far.

That's what I'm looking for!....did you have to take off the seat covers? ....upper cover?

Yes, the covers came off.
