9.5" vigilante converter. 3200 stall

I am upgrading to a turbo 400 so my converter is now acting as a huge paper weight.

the converter is a 9.5" vigilante, 3200 stall, single disc, lock-up. It work absolutely awesome with my old t66 turbo. It has roughly 2000miles on it, so it is still very much new.

Does $300 plus shipping sound reasonable?
