Is anyone running 9.50's or faster with there 4.1 stock blocks ? If there is whats your combo is it a stroker, stock stroke , caps , girdle, heads cam etc. Looking to see who is doing what with a 4.1 stock block. I know there are lots of 3.8 doing it just curious on the 4.1. Thanks

There arent lots of 3.8 production blocks doing it.
 
9.50's is quit the mile stone....it takes a very sound build with lots of tuning knowledge. Back to your question....Wayne Haydock campaigned a 4.1 full weighed car that ran deep in the nines for about 4 years until the block split in half. 9.60's-9.80's Had Champion R Heads, a BSM 3.59 wide journal crank, Oliver Rods, Custom DSL pistons, DSL custom ground 224/224 & 4 billet mains. The car ran low 10's with a Maf Translator for the 1st 2 years, then they switched to Xfi where they got it into the 9's
