94 Park running poorly

I know this is a Turbo board but its still Buick! My car has about 116000 miles and has run great up till now (never was a neck snapper). The check engine light comes on occasionally but never leaves a code. When you start the car it stumbles after it gets going, it acts like its missing then clears up. When you mash the throttle it won't wrap up right away, it runs just like a bad diaphram on the secondaries on a Qjet. Anybody have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.
