Went to bolt up convertor, and when I went to slid the convertor to the flyweel, it would'nt budge. I was able to get the bolts started and began sinching one of them down, then I noticed the flywheel flexing a little. So I went around and sinched the other two down till there was a little tension on the flywheel. Tryed to pull it over, still wouldn't budge. Took a piece of wood and some light taps on the front side of the convertor and whala... I came over and I was able to finger tighted the rest of the way then torque them down.... ? is, is this normal... just wanted to make sure I didn't F things up...maybe just being a little paranoid, because the old D5 slid back and forth with ease. TIA

Probobly a little rust or build up in the pilot of the crank. You really should always clean , run a little emery cloth and clean again, then use a little grease or something. I am pretty sure you will be just fine.
