A Big Thanks Goes out to Victory Trans and Rich Braccia

I had a trans in Florida that lost a bearing in the planet in a 400 recently. Without hesitation and with concern for my customer, Rich Braccia of Victory Trans in Ocala, Florida , jumped in to help out. Just wanted to say "Thank You" for the help and support. I am sure the customer appreciates it very much too.

Yes Bruce I did appreciate very much your standing by your WORD and your WORK (even tho it was a part that failed not your work) and also your willing to work with other transmission shops like Victory transmission (Rich and his family)
Who did a very professional job on my trans on a timely mannor.
I hope to see Both of your shops helping eachother out in the future Because its rare to find 1 good tranny shop let alone 2.
I feel very luck to know and work with both Bruce & Rich.

Well ,I dont feel so lucky to know RICH, but I still would like to see some of his GOOD WILL, in the shape of the 500.00 he still owes me. Everyone , including my lawyer neighbor says he stole the food right off my families dinner table. Rich told me three weeks ago that he would decide what he was going to do about this fiasco. I have not heard from him since. I will call you sat.

I agree 100% that you may have a beef and you are 100% right about collecting it, but why tarnish a note of appreciation for something someone did for ME! Not you, ME! I think that is pretty self centered of you to do this. And you may be entitled to even more from Rich, but that does not give you the means to post it here. I think that was really low on the scale buddy, and I wish it to never happen again. I am going to delete the negatives in here tommorrow night , as this was a recognition of appreciation for something another member did for me and Jesse.

Thank you and thats fine. I hope you guys resolve your differences and I am all for you "calling him out" so to speak , just not in this particular thread and not from a "bashing" point of view. Things are arbitrated everyday and bashing doesnt seem to help. I rememeber your deal a little and good luck with court.
