A/F Stopped working & Stuck @ Rich ?

........... Had a tough time starting cold today. The A/F fluttered then has stayed stuck @ green / rich wile trying to read a wee bit ? . Warmed up into closed loop & then it threw a 15 code though ? I could tell it was Rich by smell & rough running. Smoothed out when I took the RPM's up slowly for a while .
John has shipped me a new Heated O2.
Any Hoo , could these be related, 'cuz of the ECM ? Just wonder'n while I wait .....
