Just a note to say thanks publicly. Over a month ago, Bruce shipped me a fender. In the process, DHL misrouted it twice. The fender showed after 9 days, on a 2-3 day quote (after DHL was contacted multiple times on it's whereabouts), and it was damaged. They have had Bruce and I running circles on a $200 claim, and Bruce has stuck with me the entire time. We have spent time, gas, and money trying to satisfy DHL's pettiness, and Bruce has not hesitated once to be all the help he could be. THANK YOU!!
